We met Tara a few years back when she helped our daughter buy her first home. She was amazing right from the start and we knew we would have her sell our own home. Tara Caldwell is amazing! We were referred to her through family members who worked with her to purchase and sell their condo in Coquitlam.
We were selling our condo in Victoria and purchasing in the Tri-Cities area, so came over to meet with Tara. She really listened to us, our needs, desires, and we really felt like she “got us”. When helping us buy a house she: - listened to our needs and understood what we wanted - brought us homes as soon as they were listed - researched if there were any issue with the property - helped us negotiate the right deal There is more....every time she helps buy or sell one of our homes, her communication was just in time. Meaning, she would keep us updated on anything that came up, let us know how open houses or private showings went, and when an offer was received, was transparent with the good and the bad of the deal. As I said, Tara is an extraordinary realtor who has become the only person I call when we have a real estate need.
